Yoga Rays is dedicated to your health alternatives, and offers benefits to young and not so young, fit and not so fit alike because our classes are specific-theme based for effect and accuracy, and are taught by our specially trained Internationally Certified Yoga & Meditation Teachers. Yoga Rays offers Kundalini Yoga, Power Vinyasa Flow , Hatha/Stretch, Anusara Inspired , Women's Health , KY Prenatal   , Purna , Restorative and soon, "Bring Your Own Baby" classes, as well as many other health and healing modalities to educate and empower you with your own health!
