Sat Siri Kaur-
KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Professional Level 1 Teacher Trainer, trained under the lineage of Yogi Bhajan, Ph.D. She is a Consultant to Native American Tribes for Cultural Preservation and Sustainability and a Certified Permaculture Designer.

She authored "COSMOGONY: THE YOGA SUTRAS OF PATANJALI APPLIED TO THE TEACHINGS OF YOGI BHAJAN, Ph.D." and is Composer of the "STANDING BRAVE" album. Sat Siri is known for leading heart centered Sacred Circles showing and reminding souls of their power, divinity and uniqueness to experience dignity.







Mary Beth Mittleman is a certified nutritional microscopist,  She studied with Dr. Robert O. Young, author of Sick and Tired and The pH Miracle for Diabetes and The pH Miracle for Weight Loss. Dr. Young states:  “There is only one sickness and one disease, the over-acidification of the body due to an inverted way of eating, living and thinking.”

Mary Beth coordinated blood testing for over 2000 participants at Anthony Robbins Life Mastery Seminar in 2000 and 2001. In 2004, she founded Picture of Health, Inc. Mary Beth is committed to bringing the body into cellular balance while achieving optimal “Health and Vitality through alkalizing and energizing the body from the inside out.” Her mission is to impact the quality of one’s life. Through the “evidence of change” in which microscopy, the use of the microscope and visually showing people what is happening from the inside out, provides the leverage in making a difference. Mary Beth has a Master’s Degree from Columbia University/NYC. She currently resides in Indio, California with her three children: Beau, Mackenzie and Alana and two pugs: Harley and Buddha.


 




Akal Kaur
- Akal began practicing Kundalini Yoga in 2002. She became certified to teach Kundalini Yoga and Khalsa Way Pregnancy Yoga in 2005. She teaches Mommy and Me Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga and Kundalini Yoga.

She is also a Registered Nurse at Cedar's Sinai on the Postnatal Unit and teaches the Childbirth Education classes here at Golden Bridge. She brings humor, warmth and compassion to her classes.
 




 

 
Kalidas has played kirtan music all over the Southwest. He was born in India where he lived in a small village for the first five years of his life. After coming to the United States and graduating from Vanderbilt University with a B.A., he felt a longing for a more simple Dharmic life. He revisited India, moved to the Southwest and began studying Eastern mysticism in spiritual communities, mainly Hindu and Buddhist. The next twelve years of volunteering in community helped him reconnect with the basic principles of Sanatan Dharma and recreate a sense of balance that he had lost.
