The Pre/Post Natal classes at Bambulah will begin as soon as we have a few mommy's to be signed up.
Kundalini Yoga &Meditation is the cornerstone of our Pre & Post Natal Yoga classes, which go far beyond the physical realm of mere movement. Our Pre & Post Natal classes help mothers-to-be discover a deeper sense of peace and harmony within, lifting blocks of fear, doubt and old conditioning out of pregnancy, birth, as well as life. Developing a meditative mind, she brings this to her birth experience, as well as to her family and home.
Pregnancy is one of the most special times in a woman's life. It is a time for nurturing, slowing down and learning to meditate, while being in the company of other mothers-to-be.
These unique Pre & Post Natal Yoga Classes provide safe, simple and effective exercises designed to strengthen and relax your rapidly changing body, preparing you for a conscious childbirth.
Come share with other women in community, as you strengthen your body, relax your mind, and trust in your own power and strength.
All women at any stage in their pregnancy are welcome, and we particularly encourage women to attend prior to becoming pregnant, to strengthen their body, mind, and spirit.
We highly recommend the “14 Day Custom Ayurveda Cellular Balancing Cleanse” before becoming pregnant in order to restore the body and mind to its most healthy and balanced state.
Couples Meditation- is available to help with energy alignment and/or to help conceive & help bring mommy, daddy and baby's souls in alignment, once pregnant. A beautiful gift to give your child in welcoming them into this existance and your lives!
