Our Founder Eva aka Dharamjeet -  A graduate of UCLA, Eva has a whopping 30 years experience in training doctors and patients in new medical practices, Eva picked Kundalini Yoga to study when she fell ill a few years ago. Doctors said Eva would probably be in a wheel chair in a few years if she didn’t find something to “release” her from the mental, physical and emotional trials she was suffering at the time. Research, interviewing doctors, other types of yoga, and lots of reading and praying yielded nothing that seemed to “fit” for her…. Until experiencing the powerful and instant benefits of Kundalini Yoga. Eva is now a Certified International Aquarian Kundalini Yoga Teacher, and has been inspired to share this beautifully potent ancient practice. Eva also uses her twenty years of mentoring in twelve step programs to bring about a healing, effective, informative and moving experience.

No wonder so many doctors and satisfied clients refer to her!
Kundalini Yoga has transformed Eva’s life and allows her to experience more peace, joy, and freedom (not to mention fun!) than she ever thought possible. eva@yogarays.com

In that silent space, one rises above the limitations of human form and all is revealed from the heart. A state of being is experienced free of time.

Yelena (her spiritual name is Sahej Gian Kaur which means the princess of God who allows divine, infinite wisdom to flow through her with ease), is Russian born and immigrated to America 20 years ago and became a very successful fashion designer. She worked with companies such as James Perse, Juicy Couture, Ella Moss and more including some projects for Hollywood: costumers for Michael Jackson, lady Gaga, Universal Studios and Disney.

Her love and appreciation for beauty around, ability being very creative and see things under the different angle and prospective brought her to the realization that there is more in to this life then just operating your existence basing on the five sense of the material world. She starts her spiritual joinery with practice of the teaching of self-realization by Paramahansa Yogananda 10 years ago and then later got introduced to Kundalini Yoga taught by Yogi Bhajan. Both teaching had opened her horizons and the knowledge becomes her personal experience: first you have to find peace within yourself then you can be happy and content and make other people around you happy as well because they are reflection of you in different ways.

To find peace you need to learn how to slow down and relax your mind, how to listen to your breath and value your breath, how to stay in a moment. You can achieve this through practicing yoga regularly , particularly Kundalini.

In 2009 she became Certified International Aquarian Kundalini Yoga Teacher and how she shares this wonderful knowledge and experience with others at Yoga Rays. Her favorite quote is “ Be that change you want to see in others” by Gandhi. yelena@yogarays.com

Siridyal Kaur, a native to Amsterdam, was born into a family where Yoga and Meditation were served for breakfast. Her mother, a Yogi herself since the age of 18, brought yoga into her daughter’s life and taught them the importance of practicing on a daily basis. Siridyal took 6 years of Hatha and Raja Yoga teachers training in Amsterdam and learned the art of alignment and pranayam. "Breath is your best friend" Siridyal says. "It helps you in moments when you must relax and become non reactive."

In 1995 Siridyal began learning the art of Sat Nam Rasayan. An ancient healing technique from India that uses the state of contemplation to allow obstacles and blockages to be removed on any level. When her stepfather died of cancer, she and her mom and sister took care of him, it was then that she used this healing art and started delving deeper into it.

In 1999, she met her teacher Yoga Bhajan, and "it was then when my life completely changed". Touched by the Masters Touch she moved to Espanola, NM to further learn and study with him. Kundalini Yoga and Meditation began to be part of her daily practice. In 2008 she took Teachers Training and fully grasped the concept of why KY is so powerful and can totally transform your life. "Practicing with diligence and with commitment are the keys to any change, when you add the tools of KY to this mix change comes about quickly and effectively."

Having been a healer and intuitive body worker her whole life, and having had the blessing to work on Yogi Bhajan on a daily basis for more than a year, Siridyal uses her healing intent and the knowledge of KY and Sat Nam Rasayan to help and uplift other people. Yogi Bhajan once told her "you are meant to heal the world" and she has decided to live up to his words by teaching and healing those that need it. "There is nothing more powerful than being able to heal yourself. Kundalini Yoga does just that. Add conscience and awareness to anything and you become limitless. KY helps you achieve that."

She wishes for everybody to connect deeply within and to realize and understand that we are all linked and connected and that this chain of souls all have a purpose and that "you may live your life with passion and dedication, so you can fulfill your highest destiny and claim your birthright which is Happiness". Sirdyal is a Certified KY Teacher, a Sat Nam Rasayan Healer, a Licensed Massage Practitioner, Intuitive Body worker and a wonderful wife and mother of 2 radiant children. siridyal@yogarays.com

Rachel is a singer songwriter/musician. In addition to her own music, she is compiling a collection of mantras set to music of her own composition, which is an ongoing Kundalini Yoga tradition since the time Yogi Bhajan gathered "teachers" in the west.

Musically, she divides her classes between playing traditional, recorded music, and playing live with her keyboard and accompanying musicians. the same way that Yoga brought new awareness to her parenting, it has also enhanced her music by intensifying her connection to her deepest self, and to the divine; which she teaches are one and the same.

Rachel plans to hold workshops on "opening creative channels of expression" for musicians and artists, "conscious conception" for aspiring parents, and "forgiveness" for those in need of emotional healing.
