Our Founder Dharamjeet Kaur aka Eva Michel-  A graduate of UCLA, Dharamjeet (Eva) has a whopping 30 years experience in training doctors and patients in new medical practices and proper patient care. Kundalini Yoga found Dharamjeet when she fell ill a few years ago, and doctors said she  would probably be in a wheel chair in a few years if she did not find something to “release” her from the mental, physical and emotional trials she was suffering at the time. Research, interviewing doctors, other types of yoga, and lots of reading and praying yielded nothing that seemed to “fit” for her…. Until experiencing the powerful and instant benefits of Kundalini Yoga. 
Dharamjeet is a KRI Certified International Aquarian Kundalini Yoga Teacher Level 1, and has completed Level 2 "Conscious Communications". Dharamjeet is passionate about Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga, dealing in nutrition, and she has spent decades researching, compiling, organizing, learning, and implementing Ayurvedic, Yogic, Alkalizing, Scientific Principles, Cleanses and natural remedies for maximum cellular rejuvenation.  Dharamjeet diligently continues to research and compile usefull information about food choices to help avoid disease, and  to maintain a healthy constitution (Dosha). Dharamjeet skillfully weaves her healthcare expertise into her teachings, workshops, cleanses and Ayurvedic Consultations.  Spreading the message and teaching the methods of 'compassionate cooking' based on Yogic and Ayurveda Principals for a (mostly) vegetarian, pH balance approach to diet for maximum cellular functioning, mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually."What is good for us on a cellular level, is naturally good for the planet too!"

Sat Nishan (aka Oscar Marquez PHD) has experience in many varieties of yoga, as well as many healing modalities. Hatha, Kundalini, meditation, tantric numerology, dream analysis, breath (pranayama), gong, Tibetan singing bowls, body work, and energy balancing to develop an East/West approach to understanding Self and in engaging in conscious contact with Source. Sat Nishan is passionate about assisting others by acting as a conduit to healing and reconnecting to the Source of all life. Sat Nishan means banner or representation for truth. Allow him to help you discover your own truth. Sat Nishan has a PhD in clinical psychology from the California Graduate Institute of the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and state certified as a counselor in sexual disorders. MBA from the University of Michigan Business School and Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. He is a IKYTA approved Certified Yoga Instructor and has completed the David Elliott Level 1 & 2 Breath Training Workshops.

There will always be difficulties that we will all have to face. Learn to practice mediation and engage the breath as a way to reach a state of stillness, shuniya, zero. In that silent space, one rises above the limitations of human form and all is revealed from the heart. A state of being is experienced free of time.

Siridyal Kaur, a native to Amsterdam, was born into a family where Yoga and Meditation were served for breakfast. Her mother, a Yogi herself since the age of 18, brought yoga into her daughter’s life and taught them the importance of practicing on a daily basis. Siridyal took 6 years of Hatha and Raja Yoga teachers training in Amsterdam and learned the art of alignment and pranayam. "Breath is your best friend" Siridyal says. "It helps you in moments when you must relax and become non reactive."

In 1995 Siridyal began learning the art of Sat Nam Rasayan. An ancient healing technique from India that uses the state of contemplation to allow obstacles and blockages to be removed on any level. When her stepfather died of cancer, she and her mom and sister took care of him, it was then that she used this healing art and started delving deeper into it.

In 1999, she met her teacher Yoga Bhajan, and "it was then when my life completely changed". Touched by the Masters Touch she moved to Espanola, NM to further learn and study with him. Kundalini Yoga and Meditation began to be part of her daily practice. In 2008 she took Teachers Training and fully grasped the concept of why KY is so powerful and can totally transform your life. "Practicing with diligence and with commitment are the keys to any change, when you add the tools of KY to this mix change comes about quickly and effectively."

Having been a healer and intuitive body worker her whole life, and having had the blessing to work on Yogi Bhajan on a daily basis for more than a year, Siridyal uses her healing intent and the knowledge of KY and Sat Nam Rasayan to help and uplift other people. Yogi Bhajan once told her "you are meant to heal the world" and she has decided to live up to his words by teaching and healing those that need it. "There is nothing more powerful than being able to heal yourself. Kundalini Yoga does just that. Add conscience and awareness to anything and you become limitless. KY helps you achieve that."

She wishes for everybody to connect deeply within and to realize and understand that we are all linked and connected and that this chain of souls all have a purpose and that "you may live your life with passion and dedication, so you can fulfill your highest destiny and claim your birthright which is Happiness". Camilla is a producer, actress, director, world traveler, realtor and devoted yogi. She’s been practicing and studying yoga for over 20 years and is KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) certified. Born in Sweden, she happened upon yoga in London and it was love at first breath.

Camilla is the founder of
www.steppingintogoddess.com together with Alexandra Aitken. They are uniting tribes of gods and goddesses to consciously awaken their magnificence and full potential. Stepping into Goddess hold workshops, lectures and retreats, to heal and share illuminating yogic tools easy for everyone to enjoy.
Some of her other credits include teaching female empowerment at the Learning Annex. Camilla is always on the lookout for new amazing things about being alive at this particular point in time and she loves sharing her discoveries through her teachings.

 Natacha Sagalovsky -  was born and raised in Venezuela, South America, where she grew up with devotion and love for the Natural world. She found yoga after moving to California in 2002 and became entranced with this modality of self-expression that is deeply moving and powerful. Her teachings are strongly influenced by her studies of Anusara Yoga and Ayurveda; she weaves her knowledge of mechanics , therapeutics and tantric philosophy into her classes as well as her observations on the cycles of Nature. Natacha’s classes meet students at their edge, helping them establish a strong, steady and therapeutic foundation while still challenging them to take themselves to the next level. She believes in moving with intention and from the heart to cultivate peace, steady awareness and profound joy. Mukhande Kaur (Nicole Street) is a certified Kundalini instructor through Golden Bridge and has completed the level two training modules, Conscious Communication and Stress & Vitality.  She is certified in the Khalsa Way Pregnancy Training with Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, has trained in Shakta Kaur’s Radiant Child Yoga Program, Y.O.G.A. for Youth program with Krishna Kaur and Light Leaders Children’s Yoga.
 
Her own experience gives her an understanding of why Kundalini Yoga is the yoga for householders and she enjoys serving others with this knowledge. She finds challenge, joy and satisfaction in her roles as a wife, mother, and homemaker and knows this practice helps provide the commitment, understanding and flexibility to keep up with the highest yoga of all – marriage. 
 
Classes at the Center for Non-Violent Education and Parenting have influenced her to be a champion for the child’s right as a full human being who should be heard, and raised using the new paradigm of respect, healing and connection.
 
Mukhande teaches Children’s Yoga, Mommy and Me and Family yoga using a creative blend of postures, kriyas, meditation, songs, dance and games to enthuse all in the power of yoga.  She teaches at… (Yoga Rays)…, Golden Bridge and in the LAUSD CBET program…(and now at Yoga Rays)?

Šárka aka Amrit Bani was born and raised in Prague, the Czech Republic where she started practicing Hatha Yoga. In 1995 after traveling throughout Europe she landed in Los Angeles and soon after fell in love with Kundalini Yoga.
Her love for Kundalini Yoga led her to teachers training at Yoga West where she obtained KYI certification Level I in 2007, and has been teaching since then. In 2008 Šárka finished Level II – Authentic Relationship.
Šárka classes are tailored to everyone’s needs and her motto is: Release, Relax and Let Go!
Besides yoga Šárka is an early childhood educator and Marriage and Family Therapy Intern. She loves the beach, traveling, meditating, teaching and learning. She cares for the well being of others and the Earth.

Guru Mitar (Aka) Linh James began her yogic journey in 2000 she has been inspired by and continues to study with many teachers. Her love for yoga led her to become a Yoga Alliance Certified Hatha & Kundalini yoga teacher. She believes in living a balanced life which shows in her yoga style. She currently practices several different forms of yoga which include: Kundalini, Anusaur, Iyengar, Bikram and Ashtanga. During her pursuit of the many forms of yoga, she has traveled extensively creating an opportunity to study with many world-renowned teachers throughout the United States, New Mexico, Thailand, and India.
 
She believes that through the practice of Yoga, each individual will come to realize the beauty of their true nature.  She holds the space of love for each student as they open to their full potential to live a bountiful blissful life.

When not teaching yoga she is leading workshops in the world of relationships.  Her heart’s desire is to bring awareness, peace, balance, love, excitement and joy to all relationships.

Her passion for wanting to understand human behavior and relationship has led her to the study of psychology and will be receiving her Master’s in Spiritual Psychology August 2010.



Anita Sarabjeet Condic comes from the enchanting Croatian coast. After being profoundly moved by Kundalini Yoga technique, Anita has since dedicated her heart to helping people realize their potential, power and light through yoga and deep meditation.
 
She obtained her KRI International Teacher Training Certification under the guidance of the beautiful community at Golden Bridge Yoga Studio.  As her heart shines the brightest when she sees the direct impact yoga has on children with difficult backgrounds, she enjoys working for non-profits that offer yoga to such children.  She is grateful to have had the opportunity to learn and grow at the following children training programs that reconnected her with the magic of childhood and adolescent years: Y.O.G.A. for Youth, Spirit Baby Mommy & Me and Light Leaders.  Most recently, the trainings that shook the core of her being and gave her a million reasons to be grateful for her life are Mind and Meditation, Module 2 in India with Guru Meher Khalsa and Bhakti Vinyasa with Govindas.
To each of her classes, she brings her smile, youthful spirit and open heart to create a warm, fun and melodic environment.  Through her guidance, students get an intensive workout by re-energizing and strengthening their bodies with the combination of powerful Kundalini Yoga kriyas, body locks and breathing techniques.


Courtney Harms began practicing yoga in 2003 hoping to heal her body from years of competitive track, dance, soccer and gymnastics. After falling in love with the practice, Courtney
began her first teacher training in Spring 2006 at Yoga Works in Santa Monica, California with Annie Carpenter and James Brown and in 2007, Courtney completed the
Yoga Works Professional Program under mentor, Jasmine Lieb, becoming a 500 hour Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher Courtney is influenced by many forms of yoga including the
Ashtanga, Iyengar and Kundalini methods with a particular love for Vinyasa Flow. She brings her passion, knowledge and sense of humor into every class.

Rochelle Katzman    was born in New York, but moved to Los Angeles to enhance her knowledge in spirituality.  Once in Los Angeles she became certified in Kundalini Yoga, Prenatal Kundalini Yoga "The Khalsa Way", has a certificate of completion in Children's Yoga and is a certified Life Coach.  Rochelle especially enjoys teaching Prenatal Yoga.  She loves helping each pregnant mother bond with their baby. It is importnat to her to give these pregnant mothers a safe, nurturing environment to help them physically and emotionally.  When Rochelle is not teaching yoga, she is giving life coaching sessions.  These sessions help guide people towards their true destiny.  She founded a life coaching company with her business partner Jody Gary-Hall, to attract clients all over the world.  Their website is www.theenlightenedmedias.com .  Rochelle is also a singer/songwriter and is the proud creator of two Cd's 



Ryan Smith - Ryan’s journey into the healing arts began in 1992 working in a foster home practicing emotional release therapy with foster kids in Evergreen, Colorado. During this time he had his own personal experience of deep healing which inspired him to further study and reinforced his commitment and desire to help others in their healing process . Ryan studied therapeutic massage in Denver in addition to Energy-Body Healing and Chi-Kung in Boulder. After several of years of practice in Colorado he moved to Los Angeles in 1998.
 
It is in California that Ryan fell in love with yoga. In the rich and diverse Los Angeles yoga community he practiced the styles of Iyengar, Ashtanga, Anusara and dabbled in Kundalini with Gurumukh. As well he deepened his exploration of chi-kung with a couple of trips to Beijing, China and local practice with Matthew Cohen.
 Sometime in the year 2000 Ryan found himself practicing yoga with Shiva Rea and he knew he had found his yoga teacher. After years of dedicated practice with Shiva he has gone on to finish over 500 hours of her teacher training. He has also found inspiration from other world-class yoga teachers such as Andrew Lappa, Annie Carpenter and Matthew Schwartz.
 
Ryan also has a new love for Kalaripayyattu the ancient martial arts form of Kerala, India, where he recently spent a month of intensive study and practice. 

Now teaching the art of Vinyasa Flow Yoga for more than three years Ryan works to blend the best of everything he knows and weave it into a devotional moving meditative experience for his students.

VikramDev Kaur
Vikramdev Kaur lived in Los Angeles most of her life, (her name means: angel who is brave, invincible, and always in action) feels that she has a lot to offer anyone and everyone. She has met people from all the corners of the world, and hopes she can learn something from everyone she has and will encounter. Having been a certified and licensed massage therapist since January 2005, she is excited to bring her knowledge of taking great care for one's self into the great world of Kundalini yoga. She has graduated from Yoga West and is excited to share her experience with her students. As a teacher, and a therapist, she plans to combine her experience of what most people's aches and pains are with what she teaches. She hopes that everyone she teaches can walk away with a tool to bring home and help themselves. Kundalini Yoga, meditation, and massage has opened her eyes to such beautiful experiences, and she hopes to show others what they are capable of.

 Mandeep Kaur (Jillian Van Leuven) Mandeep Kaur (Jillian Van Leuven) is certified through IKYTA and trained with Gurmukh, Tej, Harijiwan and Gurushabd at Golden Bridge Yoga in Los Angeles, CA.  She is dedicated to elevating each soul to the awareness of the infinite with in them and serving the consciousness of all beings.  She expresses herself through food and likes to bring her passion and knowledge of food healing power to as many souls as she can.  Working as a Personal Chef for close family and friends has allowed her to share with them the intimacy of food and how to eat consciously. “Chew well, the stomach has no teeth” –Yogi Bhajan.   Mandeep also works as a Behavioral Therapist for children, teens, and young adults with Autism and other Developmental Disorders.  She is well educated in many of the “Special Diets” her clients are on and hopes to share her knowledge with as many people as she can.____________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Anastasia Roussel (Akaldhyan Kaur) is a KRI internationally certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher. She trained at Golden Bridge Yoga Los Angeles under Master Teachers Gurmukh, Tej, Harijiwan and Gurushabd. Her spiritual name, "Akaldhyan Kaur" means princess or lioness of God who goes beyond death, space and time and finds, through her meditation practice, a connection with her undying soul. "Anastasia", means rebirth, or resurrection. The similarity in meaning between both her birth and spiritual names is no coincidence as it confirms what Yogi Bhajan said, "When your presence works, your life works."
